How to Download Files

Downloadable files are available in either Rich Text Format (RTF) or Portable Document Format (PDF).

Rich Text Format

RTF files can be viewed in any version of Word and most text editors although some formatting might be lost when using a text editor.

Portable Document Format

Portable Document Format (PDF) is the de facto standard for electronic distribution of documents on the web. In order to view the documents users will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. Acrobat Reader is free and available from Adobe's site. Click on the icon below to go directly to Adobe's download area.

To download an RTF file simply click on the icon and select a location on one of your drives (hard disk, floppy or additional starage device) where you would like it to be saved. Follow the same process to download PDFs unless you have already got Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your machine, in which case the document will load directly into your browser and you may then save it from there.
