Chairman
Bill Knight		Bill Knight is a solicitor and a former Chairman of the Law Society's Company Law Committee. He was senior partner at Simmons & Simmons until 2001 and was Chairman of the Enforcement Committee of the General Insurance Standards Council until 2005. He is currently Deputy Chairman of Council at Lloyd's of London and a Gambling Commissioner.

Deputy Chairman
David Lindsell		David retired from Ernst & Young in December 2007 where he served as audit engagement partner for a number of FTSE 100 and other major companies and, from 2003 until 2007, was global director of IFRS services. He is a non-executive director and audit committee chairman of several companies and is a member of the Standards Advisory Council of the International Accounting Standards Board and of the Supervisory Board of the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG). He was a member of the Auditing Practices Board from 1994 to 2002 and a member of the Turnbull Committee that developed the guidance for directors on the internal control provisions of the Combined Code.
Ian Wright		Ian Wright Bsc ACA retired from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP on 30 November 2007 having led the Global IFRS consulting group between 2001 and 2006. From early 2001 until mid 2007 Ian was founder member of the International Financial Reporting Interpretation Committee of the International Accounting Standards Board. He continues to be a member of the Financial Reporting Policy Group of the Fédération des Experts Comptables Européens and a member of the Technical Strategy Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
